What is an Enchanted Advisor? Is it the same as a travel advisor or travel agent?+
The terms “travel agent” and “travel advisor” are used interchangeably. “Travel agent” is the classic term, but the role has grown into something much more personal and powerful — so “travel advisor” reflects that evolution. We use both!

At Enchant & Explore Travel Co, we refer to our advisors as Enchanted Advisors because you’re not just booking trips — you’re creating unforgettable experiences, building relationships, and sharing your passion for travel. You're a trusted guide, not just a transaction.

You’ll get access to hands-on training, a seamless booking platform, destination insights, supplier perks, and ongoing support — including commission tracking and admin — so you can focus on doing what you love and building the business you envision.
How does an advisor earn money?+
Enchanted Advisors earn commission from hotels, cruise lines, tour companies, and other travel providers — all at no extra cost to the traveler. Some also choose to charge planning fees for custom itineraries or more involved travel planning. It’s totally up to you how you want to structure your business.
Who can become an Enchanted Advisor?+
Anyone with a passion for travel, a love of planning, and a desire to help others explore the world. Whether you’re already in the industry or just getting started, if you enjoy creating unforgettable trips and want the freedom to grow on your own terms — this is the place for you.
I am already a professional travel advisor. Can I join Enchant & Explore Travel Co?+
Absolutely! As professional travel advisors ourselves, we’re thrilled to welcome experienced advisors to our community. Whether you’re transitioning from another host agency or adding to your existing business, we have the support and structure to help you thrive.
What happens when I first join as an advisor?+
We’ll walk you through onboarding and set you up with our advisor training curriculum, which covers everything from booking hotels and cruises to building relationships with travel partners and sharing destination-specific expertise.

Our goal is to equip you with everything you need to feel confident — whether you’re booking your first trip or your one-thousandth.
Can you tell me about the Enchant & Explore Travel Co community?+
We’re big believers in building something meaningful together. As part of Enchant & Explore Travel Co, you’ll join a community of travel-passionate people who cheer each other on, share ideas, and collaborate across the country — whether through weekly virtual meetups, live events, or our always-there-for-you online space. We value connection, support, and freedom — and it shows.
Do I have to be a full-time advisor or can I work part-time?+
You can absolutely do this part-time. Some Enchanted Advisors start out booking trips for friends and family, while others jump in as a full-time business. Either way, we support you in building the business that works for your lifestyle — no pressure, no limits.
Are there booking minimums?+
No minimums. No quotas. Just flexibility.

At Enchant & Explore Travel Co, we don’t believe in pressure or sales goals. You can book as much or as little as you want, entirely on your schedule. Whether you want to turn this into a full-time career or just earn commission on trips you’re already planning, we welcome both.
How much does the advisor subscription plan cost & are there any fees beyond this?+
Simple pricing, no surprises.

We offer two membership options:

Platinum – Travel CEO: $90/month or $810/year
Gold – Travel Entrepreneur: $49/month or $441/year

That’s it. No additional platform fees or surprise charges. Your subscription includes full access to our booking technology, training, admin support, CLIA number, E&O insurance, and our private community network.
How do I join Enchant & Explore Travel Co?+

What exactly do Enchanted Advisors do?+
Enchanted Advisors work with travelers one-on-one to plan unforgettable, stress-free trips. Whether it's a weekend getaway, a family cruise, or a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, your advisor listens to your preferences and takes care of all the details — from the first idea to the final itinerary.

We match you with the right experiences and give you access to perks and upgrades you wouldn’t find on your own. It’s like having a best friend who’s also a travel pro.
What types of travel can I book with Enchant & Explore Travel Co?+
Anything and everything — we don’t believe in limits.

Resorts, Disney vacations, cruises, bachelorettes, safaris, city breaks, romantic getaways, road trips, family reunions, villas, wellness retreats, luxury hotels, weekend escapes… if you can dream it, we’ll help make it happen.

How much do Enchanted Advisors charge?+
Most hotel bookings don’t cost you anything extra — our advisors are paid by the hotels and travel partners. For custom trips or multi-stop itineraries, your Enchanted Advisor may charge a planning fee, but they’ll always let you know upfront.
What if I actually enjoy planning my travel?+
That’s great! Many of our clients do. But working with an Enchanted Advisor can still level up your trip. Share what you’re already excited about — and we’ll handle the rest while layering in perks, exclusive offers, and expert advice you can’t find online.

We’re like your travel-savvy friend who knows which room has the best view and how to get early check-in, late check-out, and a bottle of champagne waiting for you.
I’m planning a group trip. Can Enchanted Advisors help?+
Yes, and we love group trips! Whether it’s a family reunion, destination wedding, corporate retreat, or a girls’ weekend in Cabo — we’ll help coordinate all the moving pieces and make sure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
How do I make the most of my experience when planning a trip with Enchant & Explore Travel Co?+

The majority of every commission — 70% or 90%, depending on your membership — goes directly to the Enchanted Advisor. Why do I have to pay to become an advisor?+
The subscription fee covers everything you need to run your travel business — from the booking platform and training to administrative support and access to our CLIA number and E&O insurance. It’s a small investment compared to what other agencies charge (some up to $5,000 just for onboarding!), and we’ve priced it to make travel entrepreneurship more accessible for everyone.
