These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth booking experience. By booking travel through Enchant & Explore Travel Co. or using our website or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Health Protocols & Travel Advisories

Travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, and resorts, may have specific health and safety requirements in place. These requirements may include vaccinations, health screenings, or testing, and can vary by destination, supplier, ship, and age.

Health and safety guidelines are subject to change at any time. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and comply with the most current requirements set by the travel supplier prior to departure.

Travel suppliers reserve the right to deny boarding to any guest who does not meet current health requirements or who appears ill. In certain circumstances, this may also affect members of the same traveling party.

Role of Enchant & Explore Travel Co.

Enchant & Explore Travel Co. acts solely as a booking agent and advisor. We do not own, operate, or control the travel services provided. All travel services are supplied by independent third-party providers.

When you book travel through us, you enter into a direct contract with the travel supplier, and your reservation is subject to that supplier’s individual terms and conditions.

Changes & Cancellations

Travel suppliers may modify itineraries, schedules, accommodations, or pricing for reasons beyond our control. While we will always advocate for our clients and communicate updates when possible, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

If you request a change or cancellation, supplier penalties and agency service fees may apply. Refunds, if permitted, are governed entirely by the supplier’s policies and timelines.

Payments & Pricing

Deposits and final payments must be received by the stated due dates to secure reservations. Pricing is not guaranteed until full payment is made and confirmed by the travel supplier.

Prices may change due to factors such as fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations. Travelers are responsible for any increases permitted by the supplier after booking.

Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, names, dates of birth, and other travel documents are accurate and meet entry requirements for all destinations.

We strongly recommend reviewing government travel advisories and destination-specific requirements prior to departure.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, medical issues, or supplier disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Enchant & Explore Travel Co. is not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions.

Our role is advisory and facilitative, and we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Enchant & Explore Travel Co. operates.
