What Is This Program?
This referral opportunity allows current agents to sponsor and mentor new agents (“Downline Agents”) and earn override commissions on their sales. You support, they grow — and you earn.
How It Works
Gold Tier (70/30): Upline can earn 5% override — Agent receives 65%
Platinum Tier (80/20):
- 5% override → Agent gets 75%
- 10% override → Agent gets 70%
Overrides are paid from the agency’s portion — your agents still get full benefits.
Your Role as a Leader
- Provide support and mentorship
- Answer basic questions and encourage engagement
- Lead by example with brand-aligned professionalism
No billing, tools, or platform setup required — we handle the backend, you focus on relationships.
How You Get Paid
- Payouts issued on the 1st & 15th of each month
- Commission must be completed travel and paid by supplier
- Overrides are shown in your regular payout report
